Smart home input/output module – central control unit for lighting and devices

This module, mH-IO32, is a fundamental element of the F&Home system, enabling comprehensive control of lighting and other receivers in the building. Equipped with 32 binary inputs and 32 binary outputs, it allows for the creation of an advanced home automation system operating on the on/off principle. Mounting is done in a distribution box, where the module occupies 6 module spaces. 24V DC power supply ensures safety and reliability.

Functionality and application

The mH-IO32 module is used for central management of various electrical circuits. Control buttons located throughout the building are connected to its inputs, connected with UTP cables. Signals from these buttons are processed by the module, which then controls receivers using relay output modules, such as mH-R8x8 or mH-R2x16. Control is carried out exclusively over a low voltage 24V line, which minimizes the risk of electric shock and provides a great deal of freedom in the placement of control points. Communication with touch panels is carried out via the CAN bus, enabling remote control and programming of scenarios.
