Smart Home Mixing Module

This mixing module, designed for the F&Home smart home system, is a central control point for lighting, sockets, and motor-driven devices such as blinds and shutters. Designed for flexibility, it allows the integration of different types of circuits in one device. Mounted on a DIN rail adapter, it occupies 6 modules and operates at 24V DC.

Functionality and application

The mH-IO12E6 module offers a wide range of configuration options. It has 12 switchable inputs and 12 switchable outputs, ideal for controlling lighting or other receivers operating on the on/off principle. In addition, it is equipped with 6 outputs dedicated to motor-driven devices – blinds, vertical and horizontal blinds. This allows a single module to handle both traditional electrical circuits and advanced window automation systems.

It is worth noting the possibility of expanding the system by using modules of subsequent levels (e.g., mH-IO12E6-level 2), which allows increasing the number of available inputs/outputs as needed. Each level has a separate numbering, which facilitates installation and configuration. The module communicates with touch panels via the CAN bus, enabling remote control and programming of operating scenarios.

Construction features and parameters

The mH-IO12E6 module is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability. It has an LED indicator informing about the operating status of the device and a bus connector facilitating integration with other elements of the F&Home system. The IP20 protection class provides protection against accidental contact, but does not protect against moisture – therefore, the module should be mounted in dry and well-ventilated places.

The power supply is 24 V DC, which guarantees safety of use. The module inputs are adapted to connect both monostable (bell) and bistable switches powered by a safe 24 V voltage. The outputs work with relay modules of the type mH-R8x8, mH-R2x16 or mH-RE4, which allows you to adapt the system to individual user needs. Remember to observe the correct polarity of the power supply during installation!
