Temperature controller RT-825 – precise control of thermal comfort

This temperature controller is a reliable solution for both installers and end-users looking for an effective way to manage heating. The device is designed for direct control of heating devices powered by 230V AC voltage, with a maximum load current of 16A. A wide temperature adjustment range (5÷60°C) combined with programming capabilities makes the RT-825 controller perfect for various applications – from single-family homes to commercial facilities.

Functionality and application

RT-825 offers intuitive operation thanks to the control panel, which allows programming and monitoring of the device's operation. The ability to set four temperature intervals per day, with separate settings for weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays, allows for optimizing energy consumption and adjusting the temperature to individual needs. Additionally, the controller has a function of manual temperature correction and adjustable hysteresis (1°C), which ensures precise control over the heating process. The set includes an external probe, allowing temperature measurement in a selected location and providing even greater accuracy.

The controller can work with internal, external or two temperature sensors simultaneously. In dual-sensor mode, the external temperature acts as a limiting function, protecting the installation from overheating or freezing. The device is used in underfloor heating, radiator systems and in controlling other heating devices with a power not exceeding 16A. Wall mounting is simple and convenient thanks to the compact dimensions (86x86x22 mm) and the possibility of mounting in a flush-mounted box with a diameter of 60 mm.

The RT-825 controller is characterized by a solid construction and high quality workmanship. Made of durable materials, it ensures reliable operation for a long time. It has normally open (NO) contacts with a maximum voltage of 230V and a protection class of IP20, which means protection against touching with fingers and solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. Power is supplied by a standard mains voltage of 230V AC with a power consumption of 0.8W. A button on the front panel allows quick shutdown of the entire heating system if necessary.
