The PCZ-521.4-PLUS timer is an advanced device designed for automatic control of electrical circuits on a weekly cycle. Its versatility stems from the ability to power it with both AC and DC voltage in a wide range of 24–264V, making it an ideal solution for both home and industrial installations. The timer is distinguished by its ease of configuration – programming is done directly on the device or remotely, using the free PCZ Configurator mobile application available on iOS and Android systems, utilizing NFC communication. Functionality and application

The timer offers a wide range of functions, including the ability to program up to 500 program steps (250 ON/OFF pairs), allowing for precise adjustment of the work schedule to individual needs. In addition, the timer has a built-in CR2032 battery to maintain settings in the event of a power failure and an indicator informing about the need for its replacement. The ability to connect an external button allows for temporary interruption of the automatic program and manual control of the receiver – useful in situations requiring user intervention. Automatic time correction taking into account the transition to summer and winter time ensures reliable operation throughout the year.

User comfort and installation

The PCZ-521.4-PLUS timer has been designed with ease of installation and use in mind. Mounting is done on a standard 35 mm DIN rail (occupies 2 modules), and connection of wires is simple thanks to the use of screw terminals. The LCD display with brightness and contrast adjustment ensures readability even in difficult lighting conditions. Thanks to the NFC function, configuration is extremely fast – just a smartphone with support for this technology and the PCZ Configurator application to copy settings or remotely program the timer without having to power it on. This saves time for both the installer and the end user.
