Fuse module – reliable installation protection

This BZ-2 dual-socket fuse module is a compact solution for protecting electrical circuits against overload and short circuit. It is ideal for both home and industrial installations where independent protection of several receivers is required. Mounting on a TH-35 mm DIN rail ensures easy installation and integration with existing infrastructure.

Functionality and application

The BZ-2 module is designed to work with 5x20 mm fuse links, providing flexibility in selecting the appropriate protection value. This allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of a given circuit. A red LED indicates when the fuse has blown, making it easy to quickly identify the faulty element and minimize downtime. This is particularly important in systems where continuity of operation is critical, such as alarm or monitoring systems.

User comfort and installation

The module's design with two independent sockets allows you to protect two circuits simultaneously, saving space in the distribution box. Screw terminals allow connection of wires with a cross-section of up to 2.5 mm², ensuring a secure and durable electrical connection. The module occupies only 1 module (18 mm wide), allowing for optimal use of space in the switchgear cabinet. Operation in a wide temperature range from -25°C to 50°C guarantees reliable operation even in difficult environmental conditions. In addition, the module is made of duroplast, which provides good electrical insulation and mechanical resistance.
