This mesh filter with magnet, designed for installation in cold and hot water systems, heating and cooling systems, effectively traps both solid impurities and metallic particles. This protects pumps, valves and other system components from damage and reduced performance. This is particularly important in installations with renewable energy sources, where the presence of magnetite (corrosion product) can significantly reduce the efficiency of operation. The filter design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring long-term reliability.

Construction and materials – durability and corrosion resistance

The filter is made of high-quality CW617N-4MS brass with reduced nickel and lead content, which ensures its durability and safety of use. The filter insert made of AISI304 stainless steel guarantees effective retention of impurities with a mesh size of 0.36 mm². A strong neodymium N35 magnet (with a strength of 6000-9500 GS) effectively captures magnetic particles, such as magnetite formed as a result of corrosion. A nut-nut connection facilitates the installation and removal of the filter.
