This slant filter with a mesh insert and magnet is a reliable solution for protecting central heating, air conditioning, and renewable heat source systems. Design and application
The filter is designed for installation in cold and hot water installations, as well as in heating and cooling systems using water or water-glycol solutions (up to 50%). Made of high-quality CW617N-4MS brass with reduced nickel and lead content, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The stainless steel AISI304 filter insert with a mesh size of 0.36 mm² effectively retains solid particles, and the built-in neodymium N35 magnet (with a strength of 6000-9500 GS) captures magnetic contaminants such as magnetite – a product of steel corrosion. Thanks to its slant design, the filter allows for easy removal of sediment. The internal BSPP-G 1 1/2 inch (DN40) threaded connection ensures tightness and easy installation. The PN16 pressure class guarantees safe operation under typical installation conditions.
