Construction and application

The Flexcon Solar diaphragm tank is designed to compensate for the expansion of liquids in closed heating systems, including those powered by solar energy. Its construction based on a butyl rubber (IIR) membrane allows for safe and effective absorption of changes in liquid volume resulting from temperature changes. This prevents excessive pressure build-up in the installation, which could lead to failure. Designed for hanging mounting, making it easy to install in various spaces. A threaded R3/4" connection ensures easy integration with the existing system.
