Universal sewer connector – regardless of material and diameter

The VPC Funke flexible connector is designed for connecting sewer pipes made of various materials – cast iron, PP, PE, PVC, stoneware, concrete, GRP, as well as smooth, corrugated and ribbed pipes. Its construction allows connecting elements with different outer diameters, eliminating the need for additional adapters. This is particularly useful during repairs and modernization of existing installations, where perfect material and dimensional compatibility is rarely found.

The connector consists of an elastomeric sealing sleeve, a plastic positioning cage and two steel alloy straps. The sleeve is made of EPDM rubber (according to PN-EN 681-1 WC/60) and has a double sealing profile guaranteeing tightness confirmed by the PN-EN 1610 standard. The positioning cage ensures centric alignment of the connected elements, and the steel alloy straps allow for precise diameter adjustment. The connector design prevents the rubber from folding during installation – the cage and sleeve maintain a neutral position relative to each other.
