Construction and principle of operation

The VPC connector consists of several key elements ensuring its effectiveness: an elastomeric sealing sleeve made of EPDM (according to PN-EN 681-1 WC/60), a positioning cage made of durable plastic and two steel alloy straps. The sleeve has a double sealing profile guaranteeing a reliable connection in accordance with the PN-EN 1610 standard. The positioning cage centers the connected elements, and the straps allow for smooth diameter adjustment. Thanks to this, the diameter adjustment process takes place evenly around the entire circumference, minimizing the risk of wrinkling the rubber.
