Construction and connection flexibility

The key to the universality of the VPC connector is its construction. It consists of an elastomeric sealing cuff, a positioning basket made of plastic and two strips of alloy steel. The cuff ensures tightness, and the basket precisely positions the connected elements. The straps allow for smooth adjustment of the pipe diameter, even if they differ slightly. The cuff is made of EPDM rubber (according to PN-EN 681-1 WC/60) and has a double sealing profile guaranteeing reliable connection in accordance with PN-EN 1610. The positioning basket is made of durable plastic resistant to low and high temperatures. Its conical shape and grooves for the straps ensure centric and stepless diameter adjustment.
