The Funke VPC flexible connector is a solution dedicated to connecting drainage pipes made of various materials – cast iron, PP, PE, PVC, stoneware, concrete, GRP, as well as smooth, corrugated and ribbed pipes. This means that a single connector allows you to connect elements with different characteristics, eliminating the need to use many types of connectors. Designed for durability and ease of installation, it works well both on construction sites carried out by professionals and during self-assembly installations.

Construction and connection flexibility

The key to the universality of the VPC connector is its construction. It consists of an elastomer sealing cuff, a positioning basket made of plastic and two steel alloy straps. The cuff made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber) ensures reliable sealing in accordance with PN-EN 1610 standard thanks to the double sealing profile. The positioning basket made of durable plastic centers the connected elements and allows for smooth diameter adjustment. Steel alloy straps allow for bilateral and precise diameter adjustment of the pipes. This combination of materials and construction guarantees a stable and tight connection even in the case of differences in the outer diameters of the pipes.
