The VPC flexible connector is a reliable solution for connecting drainage pipes made of different materials – cast iron, PP, PE, PVC, stoneware, concrete, GRP, as well as smooth, corrugated and ribbed pipes. Thanks to its design, the connector compensates for differences in the outer diameters of the pipes, ensuring a tight and durable connection. The connector consists of an elastomeric sealing sleeve, a positioning basket made of plastic and two steel alloy straps. The sleeve is made of ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) with a double sealing profile, which guarantees high tightness confirmed by the PN-EN 1610 standard. The positioning basket ensures centric alignment of the connected elements and allows for smooth diameter adjustment. Steel alloy straps allow for even adaptation to different outer pipe diameters. The oil-resistant version has elements made of V4A stainless steel (1.4404), which increases resistance to corrosion and the action of aggressive chemical substances contained in wastewater, oils and gasoline.
