Universal connector for drainage pipes – regardless of material and diameter

The Funke VPC flexible connector is an ideal solution for connecting drainage pipes made of various materials – cast iron, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), stoneware, concrete, GRP, as well as other smooth, corrugated or ribbed pipes. Its design allows connecting elements with different outer diameters, eliminating the need for additional adapters and simplifying installation.

The connector consists of an elastomeric sealing cuff, a positioning basket made of plastic and two steel alloy straps. The cuff is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber with a double sealing profile, which ensures reliable and tight connection in accordance with PN-EN 1610 standard. The positioning basket, resistant to mechanical damage and temperature changes, centers the connected elements and allows smooth diameter adjustment. Steel alloy straps provide even fit and secure fastening.

The oil-resistant version of the VPC connector is characterized by elements made of V4A (1.4404) stainless steel, which guarantees high resistance to corrosion, the action of oils, gasoline and aggressive chemical substances contained in wastewater and soil. This makes it suitable for demanding environmental conditions, including areas exposed to seawater.
