The Funke VPC flexible connector is a reliable solution for connecting drainage pipes made of different materials – cast iron, PP, PE, PVC, stoneware, concrete, GRP, as well as smooth, corrugated and ribbed pipes. A key feature is the ability to compensate for differences in the outer diameters of the pipes, which greatly simplifies installation and eliminates the need for additional leveling elements.

The connector consists of an elastomeric sealing cuff, a positioning basket made of plastic and two straps made of alloy steel. The cuff made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber) ensures tightness confirmed by the PN-EN 1610 standard thanks to the double sealing profile. The positioning basket made of durable plastic stabilizes the connection and allows for precise adjustment of diameters. The straps made of alloy steel ensure even and secure pressing of the cuff onto the pipes.

The oil-resistant version of the VPC connector is characterized by elements made of V4A (1.4404) stainless steel, which guarantees high resistance to corrosion, oils, gasoline and aggressive chemical substances found in wastewater and soil. This is an ideal solution for use in difficult environmental conditions, including areas exposed to seawater.
