The SGWS NEPTUN2 Kombi 80L DHW heat exchanger is a versatile device that will work in installations with both a central heating boiler and an electric heater. Its compact dimensions – only 48 cm in diameter – allow for installation even in limited boiler room space. This is an ideal solution for houses and apartments where efficient use of available space and a reliable source of domestic hot water are important.

Construction and performance

The heart of the heat exchanger is a spiral coil with a large surface area, which ensures fast and efficient water heating. In addition, high-density polyurethane foam provides effective thermal insulation, minimizing heat loss and maintaining a stable water temperature for a long time. The tank made of steel is protected with EXTRA GLASS® ceramic enamel, which protects against corrosion and ensures hygienic use. A replaceable magnesium anode further increases corrosion resistance, and an optional titanium anode eliminates the need for servicing in this area.

User comfort and installation

The installation of the heat exchanger is simple and convenient thanks to the hidden domestic water connections in the lower cover and the circulation socket allowing connection of a circulation pump. A manual controller with a thermostat allows for precise water temperature regulation, adapting it to the individual needs of household members. The metal housing ensures durability and an aesthetic appearance. Energy efficiency class C guarantees reasonable energy consumption, and load profile M indicates its versatility in typical operating conditions.
