Adjustable HDPE pipe bracket with M10 threaded socket

The 110xM10 adjustable pipe bracket with a threaded socket is designed for Geberit HDPE sewage systems. Made of electro-galvanized steel, it is used to secure pipes with a diameter of 110-118 mm in indoor and outdoor installations.

Construction and materials

The steel construction with a galvanic coating is corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-term installation durability. The bracket features a closed design without an insert, which simplifies the installation and removal of a single 110 mm diameter pipe.

The M10 threaded socket allows for quick and secure fastening using a threaded stud. The adjustable design allows for precise fitting to various pipe diameters within the 110-118 mm range, eliminating the need for additional compensation elements.

The system is designed to secure one pipe at a time thanks to its closed construction.

Application and compatibility

The bracket is dedicated to Geberit HDPE sewage systems:

• Indoor installations - water drainage from residential, office, and industrial buildings
• Roof drainage systems - both conventional (gravity) and vacuum roof drainage systems
• Industrial applications - commercial, laboratory facilities, and specialized installations
• Concrete embedding - possibility of embedding in the concrete structure without risk of damage

The product is also suitable for securing protective conductors, expanding its functionality in complex infrastructure installations.

The connection of elements is performed via butt welding or electrofusion sockets, ensuring leak-proof joints.

The Geberit HDPE sewage system is characterized by exceptional resistance to environmental and chemical conditions. The products withstand approximately 95% of all standard bases, acids, and chemicals, and are UV resistant (the polyethylene used in production contains special additives to protect against ultraviolet rays).

The bracket is not intended to function as a fixed point (fixpunkt) in installations requiring thermal expansion compensation of the pipes.
