PEHD Reducer 250x200 – Reliability and Durability in the Sewer System

This asymmetrical, long PEHD reducer with diameters of 250x200 mm is a key element of the Geberit HDPE sewer system. Designed to connect pipes of different diameters, it ensures smooth transition and minimizes the risk of blockages. Made of high-density polyethylene (PE-80), it is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, chemicals, and UV radiation.

Use in the Geberit HDPE system guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the installation. PE-80 material is resistant to the action of most standard bases, acids and chemicals – in as much as 95% of cases. This makes the reducer perfect for use in demanding industrial, laboratory environments, as well as in public buildings.

Construction and assembly – for professionals and users

The reducer is intended for connection by butt welding or using electrofusion fittings. This ensures a tight and durable connection. The working length of connection 1 is 158 mm, and connection 2 – 157 mm, which ensures the stability of the structure. The asymmetrical shape of the reducer facilitates installation in tight spaces and optimizes the flow of the medium. Wall thickness of 9.7 mm and 7.7 mm respectively provides mechanical strength and resistance to loads.
