Construction and technical parameters

/br> The component features a 90° bend angle and a nominal diameter DN 90 (90mm), making it ideal for changing the flow direction in drainage installations. A wall thickness of 3.5 mm guarantees high mechanical strength while maintaining installation flexibility. /br> The extended ends with lengths of 240 mm and 90 mm allow for secure connections with other system elements via butt welding or the use of electrofusion couplings. Connection surfaces are in the raw state. /br>

Material properties and chemical resistance

/br> The PE-80 material exhibits high tensile strength and resistance to approximately 95% of all standard bases/salts, acids, and chemicals. The polyethylene contains special additives protecting against UV radiation, allowing for long-term outdoor storage and installation in outdoor conditions without material degradation. /br> The system maintains tightness and performance parameters even under shocks, drops, or short-term pressure exposure, without cracking or permanent deformation. /br>

Applications and system compatibility
