This Gebo Quick QA 5/4" male thread clamp connector is a universal solution for connecting steel, black steel and PE pipes. The construction based on steel clamping rings and an NBR gasket guarantees a secure and tight connection, resistant to pressure and temperature.

Construction and application

This connector is characterized by a combination of a metric external thread (1 1/4 inch) with a clamping mechanism. Made of durable ductile iron (EN-GJMB-350-10), both in the connecting part and the clamping nut, it ensures long-lasting reliability. The clamping ring made of galvanized steel further increases corrosion resistance. It can be used in water installations (including drinking water – has PZH approval), compressed air and heating systems (up to 80°C for steel pipes).

This connector is characterized by a nominal connection diameter 1 of 1 1/4 inch (32 mm) and an outer diameter of connection pipe 1 and 2 equal to 42.4 mm. It is made of ductile iron (EN-GJMB-350-10), and the clamping ring is galvanized steel. The gasket is made of NBR rubber. The maximum working pressure for water and air is up to 10 bar, and the working temperature for heating water up to 80°C, and for drinking water up to 25°C.
