The one2clean 3 treatment plant uses natural biological processes to remove pollutants from wastewater. The cyclic SBR process includes aeration, sedimentation and discharge of purified effluent, ensuring high purification efficiency – up to 99%. The lack of mechanical elements immersed in wastewater minimizes the risk of failure and simplifies maintenance. The system is odorless thanks to the appropriate design and biological processes taking place inside the tank.

Construction and installation

The treatment plant consists of a single tank divided by a partition into a floating matter separation chamber and an activated sludge chamber. The tank is tight and resistant to loads, which allows it to be installed in various ground conditions, as well as below ground level with the possibility of vehicle traffic (with the use of appropriate superstructure). The height of the superstructure is adjustable in the range of 425 to 625 mm, which makes it easier to adapt to the surroundings. Various superstructure versions are available: mini, maxi and cast iron – they allow you to adapt the appearance of the treatment plant to individual preferences.
