The one2clean 5 biological treatment plant is an efficient and reliable device designed for the purification of domestic wastewater from households, designed for 4-5 users (PE). It utilizes proven SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) technology in a single tank with a capacity of 3750 liters, which ensures effective and comprehensive purification without the need for complex systems. The tank construction, made of durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), guarantees tightness, corrosion resistance and the possibility of installation in difficult ground conditions.

Efficiency and reliability in operation

The one2clean system is based on a sequential purification process that includes aeration, sedimentation and discharge of purified wastewater. This cycle allows for effective reduction of organic pollutants and obtaining high-quality purified water. The lack of mechanical elements and submerged pumps minimizes the risk of failure and reduces operating costs. Additionally, the device is characterized by low electricity consumption (approx. 0.12 kWh/day/person) and a small amount of generated sludge.

The tank is resistant to traffic loads (with appropriate superstructure) and can be installed in groundwater. Thanks to the use of innovative solutions, such as an integrated sampling point and a digital control panel, the device is easy and intuitive to operate. An additional advantage is a 15-year warranty on the tank and the possibility of equipping it with an internal pumping station IPS to facilitate wastewater discharge in difficult terrain conditions. This system does not generate unpleasant odors thanks to the continuous aeration of wastewater.
