The MAGNA3 circulation pump is an advanced device designed for circulating water in heating and cooling systems, both in residential and commercial buildings. It is characterized by high efficiency and adaptability, resulting in optimal energy consumption and user comfort. The pump's design is focused on reliability and long-term operation.

The MAGNA3 100-120 F 450, with a 1.564 kW motor, provides a nominal flow rate of up to 38 m³/h and a maximum head of 12 meters. The pump body made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The connection length of 450 mm simplifies installation in existing systems. Insulation class F ensures safe operation in various environmental conditions.

Intelligent control and communication

One of the key features of the MAGNA3 pump is its ability to automatically adjust performance to the current needs of the heating or cooling system thanks to AutoAdapt technology. This function allows for optimizing energy consumption and maintaining stable operating conditions. Additionally, the pump offers a wide range of communication possibilities, including PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks protocols. 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals allow integration with building automation systems. A potential-free switching contact enables remote control of the pump operation or failure signaling.

Installation and application

The MAGNA3 pump has flanged connections EN 1092-2 on both the inlet and outlet sides, ensuring easy integration with the existing hydraulic installation. Electrical terminals simplify connection to the 230V power supply. Thanks to the IPX4 protection class, the pump is resistant to splashing water, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions. The low energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.17 indicates high energy efficiency – this translates into lower operating costs. The pump is designed to operate in an ambient temperature from 0 to 40°C and a working medium from -10 to 110°C.
