The MAGNA3 80-60 F 360 circulation pump is an advanced solution designed for efficient water circulation in heating and cooling systems. Functionality and versatility

The MAGNA3 pump is distinguished by its ability to dynamically adjust performance to the current needs of the system. AutoAdapt technology automatically regulates operating parameters, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. In addition, the AutoAdapt PLUS function monitors changes in the system and reacts to them, maintaining stable operating conditions. A wide range of communication protocols – including PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP – enables easy integration of the pump with existing building management systems (BMS). 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals allow for precise control of the pump from external devices.

Construction and technical parameters

The MAGNA3 pump is characterized by a solid construction with a housing made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250), which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. A head up to 6 meters and a nominal flow rate of 24.72 m³/h make the pump suitable for various installations. The connection length of 360 mm facilitates mounting in existing systems. The 0.521 kW motor operates at a voltage of 230V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz, and the IPX4 protection class ensures safe use in humid conditions. The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.17 confirms the high energy efficiency of the device. Flanged connections with a pressure class of PN6 facilitate connection to the installation.
