The MAGNA3 circulation pump is an advanced solution designed for efficient water circulation in heating and cooling systems, both in residential and commercial buildings. The flangeless design minimizes the risk of the pump becoming blocked by impurities, which translates to reliability and long service life. Thanks to the use of AutoAdapt technology, the pump automatically adjusts its performance to the current needs of the system, ensuring optimal operating parameters and reducing energy costs.

Functionality and versatility

The MAGNA3 pump offers a wide range of configuration and control options. It is equipped with a built-in controller that enables stepless speed regulation, adapting the flow to the demand. Communication with the building system is carried out using various protocols – Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, LON/LONWorks, EtherNet/IP and RS-485 – ensuring integration with the existing building automation infrastructure. 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals allow for precise control of the pump from external control systems. Additionally, the presence of a potential-free changeover contact enables remote monitoring of the pump's operating status.

Construction and operating parameters

The pump body is made of high-quality cast iron (GG 25), which guarantees strength and corrosion resistance. The impeller material is marked as "Other", which suggests the use of a specialized material providing optimal hydraulic performance. The pump operates at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and an ambient temperature of 0 to 40°C and medium temperature from -10 to 110°C. The head reaches 10 meters with a nominal flow rate of 35.24 m³/h. Insulation class F ensures safe use in various environmental conditions. Inlet and outlet connections with flanges (EN 1092-2) facilitate installation and integration with the installation. The energy efficiency index (EEI) at 0.17 confirms the high energy efficiency of the device.
