Design and application
The MAGNA3 pump is designed for reliability and durability. The cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) housing provides resistance to corrosion and high pressure (maximum working pressure 10 bar). The absence of mechanical seals eliminates the risk of leaks and the need for frequent inspections. The connection length of 250 mm facilitates installation even in tight spaces. Designed for use with installations with a nominal diameter of DN40, with flanged connections compliant with EN 1092-2. The pump is perfect for both new installations and the modernization of existing systems.
Functionality and communication
MAGNA3 offers a wide range of adjustment options, including stepless control of the motor speed, which allows for precise adjustment of the pump's performance to the current needs of the system. Built-in communication interfaces – Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, LON/LONWorks, RS-485 and PROFIBUS – enable remote control and monitoring of the pump's operation. Additionally, an analog interface signal 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA is available for integration with external control systems. The pressureless design and potential-free switching contact increase the safety and reliability of the device. The motor power consumption is 0.61 kW with a rated current of 2.75 A and a voltage of 230V/50Hz or 60Hz. The maximum head is 18 meters and the nominal flow (BEP) is 14.91 m³/h.
