The MAGNA3 circulation pump is an advanced solution for heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems. The MAGNA3 pump is characterized by high energy efficiency (EEI 0.19), which translates into significant savings in operating costs. The built-in permanent magnet motor and electronic speed control allow the pump's performance to be adjusted to the current system needs. The AUTOADAPT function automatically analyzes the system status and optimizes operating parameters, minimizing energy consumption and ensuring stable operating conditions.

Versatility and communication

The MAGNA3 pump offers a wide range of communication possibilities, making it easy to integrate with modern building management systems (BMS). It supports protocols such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks. Additionally, it is equipped with a potential-free switching contact and 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals. This allows for remote control and monitoring of the pump's operation, as well as integration with other devices in the installation.

Construction and application

The pump housing is made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250), which ensures high strength and corrosion resistance. The pump has flanged connections EN 1092-2 on both the inlet and outlet sides with a pressure class of PN6/10. The connection length is 240 mm, and the maximum head is 8 meters with a nominal flow rate of 14.49 m³/h. The ability to operate in a temperature range from -10 to 110°C makes the pump universal and can be used in various applications. The pump switch is of the "Other" version, which suggests the possibility of configuration or the use of an external switch. A twin pump allows for increased performance or the creation of a redundant system to ensure continuity of operation.
