The MAGNA3 D 65-40 F 340 circulation pump is an advanced solution for forcing liquid circulation in heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems. MAGNA3 offers a wide range of control and monitoring options. It has built-in communication interfaces such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks, allowing integration with building automation systems (BMS). Additionally, a 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signal is available to connect external control devices. The built-in controller allows for stepless adjustment of the pump speed, adapting it to the current system needs. The automatic adaptation function (AUTOADAPT) allows the pump to independently find optimal operating settings after installation - just leave it on the factory settings.

The pump also has a potential-free switching contact, making it easier to integrate with external alarm or control systems. The connection length of 340 mm provides flexibility during installation in various installation configurations. The pump switch (type "Other" - please check the manufacturer's specifications) further increases the safety of use.

Construction and operating parameters

The pump housing made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) ensures high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The impeller material (specified as "Other" - please check the manufacturer's specifications) has been selected to ensure optimal hydraulic performance. The maximum head is 4 meters with a nominal flow rate of 16.24 m³/h. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the insulation class is F - this guarantees safe and reliable operation of the device in a wide range of ambient temperatures (0…40°C) and medium average temperature (–10…110°C). The inlet and outlet connections are made in accordance with EN 1092-2 and have PN10 pressure class flanges. The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.2 confirms the high energy saving of the MAGNA3 D 65-40 F 340 pump.
