Automatic power transfer switch with built‑in drive and mechanical lock

The device enables safe switching between two power sources under load, with three fixed positions: I – 0 – II. The locking mechanism prevents accidental movement of the lever — the position is physically locked, guaranteeing safety during operation on the installation. All four poles are mutually isolated — there is no possibility of simultaneous connection of both networks, meeting the requirements of a safety disconnect switch and a maintenance disconnect switch.

Installation is possible only in distribution boards on a mounting plate. It is not suitable for mounting on a DIN rail, on a front panel, or indirectly. Cable connections are made directly via terminal blocks — no additional joining elements are required. The built‑in motor drive performs a full automatic transfer — there is no option for an auxiliary drive or external control.

The device has two auxiliary normally‑closed contacts — they can be used for position signalling or to control external circuits, e.g., starting a generator. It does not function as an emergency stop — its purpose is solely switching and isolation.

It withstands a short‑circuit current up to 78 kA at 400 V. The making capacity is 1316 kW — corresponding to loads typical for large industrial and commercial installations. Operates at 380–415 V, 50/60 Hz, with a rated continuous current of 2000 A.

Protection class IP00 — requires installation inside a distribution board enclosure. Compliant with IEC EN 60947-3.
