Automatic power transfer switch with measurement and communication

The device automatically transfers the load between the mains and a generator, responding to loss of voltage or its deviation outside the range 380–415 V. The built‑in motor drive performs the transfer without manual intervention — it does not require external control or an additional power source.

It has 4 poles and is designed exclusively for mounting in distribution panels. It is not suitable for front‑mount central installation nor for 4‑hole panels — it is fixed permanently, providing stability in industrial conditions. Fits DIN rail — facilitates installation in standard switchgear enclosures.

Protects against short‑circuit currents up to 100 kA — this rating applies to circuits with gl‑gG fuses. Rated continuous current 160 A at AC 400 V allows handling loads up to 105 kW, including devices with motors having high inrush current.

Connection of the main contacts is done via cable clamps. There are no screw terminals — all connections are made directly by the clamps, reducing the risk of loosening and heating.

Equipped with a locking mechanism — prevents accidental switching with the cover open. Has one normally‑closed auxiliary contact — used to signal the switch status (e.g., “mains active” or “generator active”) in monitoring or automation systems. No other auxiliary contacts.

It does not function as an emergency stop — it does not interrupt the circuit during overload or short‑circuit, only isolates it during maintenance. It is simultaneously a main, safety and maintenance disconnect — meaning it can be used as an isolation point during service work.

Protection class IP00 on the front side — requires installation in a housing with a higher protection class. No optional motor drive or voltage trigger — all functions are built‑in and permanent.
