Circuit breaker HMF280 is designed to protect installations from overload and short circuit, especially where motor‑driven devices are present – e.g., pumps, fans, compressors. The C characteristic allows it to withstand short‑term current spikes during start‑up without false tripping, eliminating unnecessary shutdowns.

It is a 2‑pole circuit breaker (2P) with a rated voltage of 415 V AC, operating at 50–60 Hz. The rated short‑circuit breaking capacity is 10 kA for both 230 V and 400 V – meaning it can safely interrupt even large fault currents in typical industrial and commercial installations.
