The built‑in trip indicator allows quick assessment of the device’s status without opening the enclosure — useful for routine inspections and fault conditions. Four auxiliary switching contacts enable connection of signalling or control circuits — e.g., to a BMS central unit, monitoring panels, or automation systems. There are no make‑before‑break or normally‑closed auxiliary contacts — therefore it cannot be used for interlock functions such as “close only if another breaker is open”.

The rated insulation voltage is 1000 V and the impulse voltage is 12 kV — guaranteeing safety even under typical industrial over‑voltages. The IP2X protection class provides protection against accidental contact with live parts but does not protect against dust or water — thus the device must be installed in a closed cabinet.

Closing response time is 45 ms — ensuring fast reaction to control commands without delay. Terminals are designed for bus‑bar connections — direct cable termination to the terminals is not possible. The internal mechanism is mechanical, without a motor drive — but it supports an optional motor drive that can be added later for automation.

It does not include built‑in earth‑fault protection or an undervoltage trigger — this protection must be provided by other system elements (e.g., additional triggers or external devices). It also lacks its own protective device — it is only a make‑and‑break mechanism that operates together with an external Sentinel trigger.

Compliant with PN-EN 60947-2 and carries EU and UKCA declarations of conformity. Mechanical endurance is 30 000 cycles — corresponding to many years of operation under intensive use.
