This device is a stationary air circuit breaker with a rated current of 800 A, designed for use in medium‑ and high‑power switchgear where high breaking capacity and precise circuit protection are required. It is part of the hw+ series, and its construction allows mounting in bus‑bar systems — it does not require DIN‑rail mounting.

Breaking capacity 42 kA at 400 V means the device can safely interrupt very large fault currents typical of industrial installations or large commercial facilities. Insulation voltage 1000 V and impulse voltage withstand 12 kV ensure stable operation even during over‑voltages.

An integrated trip indicator enables quick identification of the cause of tripping — whether overload, short‑circuit, or manual operation. This facilitates diagnostics and reduces downtime.

Four poles provide full protection of all phases and the neutral conductor in TN-S or TN-C-S systems. Terminals are designed for bus‑bar connections, which greatly simplifies installation in panels with many circuits and minimizes conductor resistance (internal resistance: 25 µΩ).

The device has no built‑in motor drive but supports an optional drive, offering flexibility for automation or remote control. It also includes four auxiliary switching contacts that can be used for status signalling (on/off) or integration with SCADA systems.

Closing response time is 45 ms, delivering fast and precise re‑closing. Mechanical endurance of 30 000 cycles and electrical endurance of 8 000 cycles guarantee long‑term operation even under intensive service conditions.

IP2X protection class provides basic protection against accidental contact with live parts — sufficient for cabinet installations. The unit does not include built‑in earth‑fault protection or under‑voltage release; these functions must be added externally if required.

All parameters comply with PN-EN 60947-2, and the EU Declaration of Conformity confirms conformity with low‑voltage directives. The device is intended solely for fixed installation — it is not a withdrawable or modular type.
