This 1P+N RCD is a compact yet reliable solution for protecting electrical installations in residential and commercial buildings. It combines the functions of an overcurrent circuit breaker and an RCD, providing comprehensive protection against overloads, short circuits and electric shock. Its versatility makes it suitable for both new installations and the modernization of existing ones.

Safety first

The circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 25A and a differential current of 30mA, which guarantees a quick response in the event of a dangerous leakage current to earth. Characteristic B provides effective protection against overloads and short circuits, and the short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA allows for safe disconnection of the circuit in the event of a serious failure. Additionally, the mechanical lock prevents accidental switching on of the circuit breaker after it has been switched off by the protection.

Installation and application

The circuit breaker, with a width of 2 modules (36mm), is easy to mount on a TH35 rail. It is designed to operate in installations with a voltage of 240V AC and a frequency of 50Hz. It accepts stranded conductors with a cross-section from 1 to 16 mm² and solid conductors from 1 to 25 mm². This makes it compatible with most standard wiring. It finds application in lighting circuits, socket circuits and other consumer circuits requiring shock protection. At the same time, the disconnectable N pole increases safety and facilitates fault diagnosis.
