The HAKU drilling collar, made of spheroidal cast iron, is a solution designed for making connections to PE and PVC pipes under pressure. It allows for safe and effective creation of so-called "taps", i.e. holes in existing pipelines, without the need to disconnect them from operation. This is particularly useful when connecting new domestic connections to the water supply and sewage network.
