This Hawle System 2000 connector, with a nominal diameter of DN100 and connection d125, is designed for reliable connection of pipes made of polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Made of spheroidal graphite cast iron (GJS), it is characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance – confirmed by the GSK certificate. Construction and assembly

System 2000 is distinguished by its simple assembly – a standard wrench is sufficient to perform it. A key feature of the connector is the patented tooth arrangement on the clamping ring, which ensures a secure hold of the pipe without the risk of damage. When tightening the screws, the locking ring presses the sealing ring, and then the securing ring adheres to the sleeve. This process activates the clamping ring, which embeds itself in the pipe, providing a tight connection. Separating the sealing and limiting functions increases the efficiency of the entire system.
