Modern underfloor heating for houses and apartments

The HD-G heating film kit is a complete system for installing underfloor heating under floating floors. The product has been specifically developed for laminate flooring, SPC vinyl flooring, and engineered wood, ensuring ideal thermal conditions in every room.

The heating film utilizes advanced carbon-h HD technology - a carbon heating matrix in a grid shape that guarantees even heat distribution across the entire surface. The matrix is protected by Multi-layer HD - a multi-layer arrangement of the purest PET components, ensuring trouble-free system operation for decades.

System Construction

The system is characterized by a thickness of only 0.338 mm, allowing for installation without significantly raising the floor level. The entire system occupies between 6 and 11 mm below the surface and replaces the standard underlay for panels.

The film provides a heating power of 80 W/m² at a supply voltage of 220-240V. The maximum operating temperature is approximately 32°C, which is neutral for floor coverings intended for installation over the heating system.

The Safe cut HD secure cutting system enables precise fitting of the film to the room thanks to cutting points every 12.5 cm. The cutting strip width is only 1 cm, which minimizes material waste and facilitates installation.

Safety System

The system meets IPX7 protection rating requirements, ensuring resistance to moisture and dust. The power cables are made with double insulation, increasing the safety of the installation and the user.

The heating film operates completely silently (0 dB) and does not stir up dust in the room. Heat is distributed via infrared radiation directly to people, walls, and objects, creating a healthy microclimate while ensuring efficient use of electrical energy.

Improved BX-type connectors do not have traditional "teeth" on both sides, ensuring a stable connection to the heating film through an increased contact surface. The electrical connection is made using silver paste in a ladder technology (Silver ladder HD), guaranteeing stable and completely silent operation.

Kit Contents and Installation

The complete kit contains all the necessary elements for self-installation: an HD-G heating film with an area of 6 m², BX connection sets with connectors and self-vulcanizing tape, electrical cables for underfloor heating, a Ø60 mm installation box, and a protective conduit for the temperature sensor.

Additionally, the kit includes T.HD.Z reinforced tape intended for sealing the heating film and vapor barrier, as well as a detailed step-by-step installation manual. The system installation can be carried out independently by the end user.
