Heavy-duty power cable for demanding applications

The TOPFLEX-611-PUR 4G2.5 cable is a reliable solution for power supply in harsh industrial conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for use in cable chains, robots and machine tools. The construction with a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket provides long-lasting protection against abrasion, oils, chemicals and UV radiation.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for intensive use. It consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with polypropylene (PP). The conductors are twisted to ensure flexibility and surrounded by a fleece for better sliding properties. A shielding braid further increases resistance to interference. The whole is covered with a durable PUR jacket in gray (RAL 7001). The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The outer diameter is approximately 10.8 mm.
