The TOPFLEX-611-PUR 4G25 cable is an advanced power solution designed for operation in harsh industrial environments. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for use in cable chains, robotics, and machine tools. Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 25 mm², insulated with polypropylene (PP). The conductors are twisted together and wrapped with a non-woven fabric, which provides them with better sliding properties and facilitates assembly. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) in gray (RAL 7001). A shielding braid provides additional protection against electromagnetic interference. An important feature is the halogen-free jacket, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.

Application and benefits

This metered 1kV cable is primarily used in motor drives, including digitally controlled (DNC) and servo motors. It is particularly recommended for use in cable chains, robots, machine tools and manual machines. Thanks to its resistance to oils, greases, coolants and chemicals, it performs well in demanding industrial environments. The flexible construction allows for a large number of bends without damaging the cable, and the appropriate outer diameter minimizes weight and increases torsional properties. The cable is also suitable for outdoor use due to its resistance to UV radiation, oxygen and ozone. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
