Industrial and mobile applications rubber cable

This robust and flexible TITANEX® H07 RN-F rubber cable is designed for operation in demanding conditions, both in stationary and mobile installations. It is suitable for construction sites, industry, port areas, as well as for powering devices during outdoor events. Its construction provides resistance to extreme temperatures, most chemicals, and mechanical damage.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed according to EN 50525-2-21 standard. It features multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), cross-linked elastomer insulation, and an external jacket made of the same material – guaranteeing high flexibility and durability. The color coding of the conductors complies with HD 308 S2, and the jacket is black. The cable is UV and weather resistant and exhibits resistance to oils. Additionally, it meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 regarding flame propagation.

Operating parameters and safety

The TITANEX® H07 RN-F cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² and five cores (5G10) is designed for operation at 450/750 V (possibility of use at 600/1000 V in stationary installations). The operating temperature range is from -25°C to +55°C for flexible operation and from -30°C to +60°C for stationary operation. The maximum permissible conductor temperature is +90°C, and even +250°C during a short circuit. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 times the cable diameter for flexible operation and 3x or 4x the cable diameter for fixed installation (depending on the outer diameter). CPR class is Eca. The weight of one meter of cable is approximately 1.2 kg. The outer diameter ranges from 22.9 - 29.1 mm.
