Cable for energy chains, 1000 V UL shipflex 330 3x0.25/AWG24 grey, halogen-free, shielded 19847
Robust cable for energy chains – reliability in harsh conditions
This shielded energy chain cable HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX® 330 is designed for use in demanding industrial environments, especially where there is continuous movement and exposure to external factors. It meets strict standards, including UL Style 20234, which guarantees its safety and performance. It is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users looking for reliable cabling in dynamic applications.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper conductors class 6, providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The cores are insulated with a special material, and the whole is protected by a screen of tinned copper wires (optionally with an aluminum foil), which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The polyurethane outer jacket provides high resistance to abrasion, oils and weathering. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.
- Mechanical strength: Class 6 stranded conductors guarantee long-term operation even with intensive bending in energy chains.
- Protection against interference: Effective screening protects the signal from external electromagnetic interference (EMC).
- Chemical resistance: Polyurethane outer jacket is resistant to oils, greases and many other chemicals.
- Safety: Halogen-free construction minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
- Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (flexibly and stationary).
- Radiation resistance: The cable is resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
Applications and compliance with standards
The SHIPFLEX® 330 cable finds application in a wide range of industrial applications, especially where high reliability and resistance to harsh working conditions are required:
- Machines and equipment with continuous movement (e.g. industrial robots, conveyors).
- Marine and offshore applications – thanks to a special construction meeting the strict standards for this sector.
- Installations in environments exposed to oils, greases and other chemicals.
- Industrial automation systems.
The cable meets the following standards:
- DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1 (flame retardancy)
- DIN VDE 0482 part 267 / DIN EN 50267-2-1 / IEC 60754-1 (halogen-free)
- IEC 60092-350 (oil resistance)
- IEC 60092-350 (behavior at low temperatures)
- UL Style 20234
In addition, the product is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The use of a large round crimp with copper braiding at both ends of the screen optimizes EMC functions.
