This flexible H05VV-F 3G4 mm² control cable is an optimal solution for both professionals and end users. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on a multi-strand, flexible copper core (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), which gives it high flexibility and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, and the outer jacket of PVC TM2 – both materials meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0207-363. Core identification is done using colors, according to DIN VDE 0293-308 (colored up to 5 cores, above – black with white numbering), and the protective conductor is marked with green-yellow color (from 3 cores). This translates to easy identification of individual wires during assembly and servicing.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +70°C after installation (without vibration) and from -5°C to +70°C during operation. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the maximum permissible operating voltage in alternating current 1- and 3-phase installations is 318/550 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 11.3 mm.

Application and compliance with standards

The H05VV-F cable is perfect for use in rooms with moderate mechanical stress, in household appliances (e.g., dishwashers, light sources), office equipment, and kitchen installations (with appropriate precautions). It can also be used inside furniture, walls, and empty spaces in buildings. It is not intended for outdoor installations or in agricultural or industrial machines (except sewing machines).

It meets the requirements of standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 and IEC 60227-5. The cable is also compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The cable also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1.
