Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH cable is characterized by a flexible construction with multi-strand copper cores, which facilitates installation and ensures resistance to bending. The cores are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the entire cable is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating made of TM7 mixture – also halogen-free. This construction provides a high level of safety in the event of a fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases and smoke. Numbered cores facilitate identification and connection, which is particularly important during more complex installations. The cable is metered, allowing for precise adjustment of the length to the needs.

The JZ-500 HMH cable is ideal for use in mechanical industry, conveyors, technological lines, and construction of electrical installations in metallurgy and steelworks. It will work both in fixed and occasionally movable installations – provided there are no strong mechanical stresses. It can be used in dry, wet and damp rooms, also on the surface. The core cross-section of 4 mm² and the rated voltage of 500 V allow for safe power supply of various electrical devices. The minimum bending radius is 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.1 mm.
