Universal halogen-free control cable

Cable JZ-600 HMH 12G1.5 is a flexible control cable with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, designed for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and industrial installations. Its construction with a halogen-free jacket ensures safety in the event of a fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases. This cable is ideal for both stationary and flexible installations – where resistance to bending and twisting is required.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 12 copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. The parallel twisted conductors are surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing additional protection. The whole is characterized by high resistance to fire, oil and UV radiation. This means the cable meets strict safety standards and can be used in demanding industrial environments. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.5 mm.
