This 12-core control cable JZ-603 with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in industry and automation. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper conductors made of twisted strand provide flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Insulation made of high-quality PVC TI2 guarantees safe use and long-term reliability. Additionally, the outer jacket made of oil-resistant PVC TM5 protects the cable from damage caused by contact with oils and greases – which is particularly important in an industrial environment. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and is supplied in meter lengths, making it easy to install and adapt to the needs of a specific application.
It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible), which allows its use in various environmental conditions. The cable also has high radiation resistance (up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg), which increases its durability in places exposed to it. Compliance with IEC 60332-1-2 and UL VW-1 standards ensures fire resistance and minimizes the risk of flame spread in the event of a fire.

The JZ-603 cable is ideal for use in dry, wet and damp rooms with medium mechanical load. It will work perfectly in machines, control systems and assembly lines. Thanks to UL, CSA and HAR certificates, it can be used in applications requiring compliance with international safety standards. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). This cable is particularly recommended where high oil resistance and flexibility during installation are required.
