This multifunctional control cable JZ-603 4x0.75 is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on twisted copper strands, which ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Insulation made of high-quality PVC TI2 and an outer jacket made of oil-resistant PVC TM5 provide protection against mechanical, chemical factors and temperature. The cores are identified by numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (G), increasing safety of use. The outer diameter of the cable is 7.1 mm.
Application and operating parameters
The JZ-603 cable is intended for laying in dry, wet and humid rooms with medium mechanical load – it is not suitable for use outdoors. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible), which allows its use in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the test voltage is 3000 V. The minimum bending radius during fixed laying is 4 x cable diameter, and during flexible operation – 7.5 x cable diameter. The cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE). Materials used in production are free from silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 106 cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
