Construction and properties

The JZ-603 cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Made of high-quality materials, including stranded copper conductor (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295) and PVC TI2 and TM5 insulation and outer jacket, it is resistant to mechanical damage and chemical factors. The gray jacket (RAL 7001) makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant, which increases its durability in harsh industrial conditions.

It is worth noting the flexibility of the cable – the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary operation) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible operation). This makes the cable perfect for applications requiring frequent bending and movement. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during stationary operation.
