Control cable for machines and control systems
This three-core control cable JZ-603 3x0.5 is a versatile solution for use in machines, control systems and assembly lines. Construction and properties
The JZ-603 cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper conductors made of stranded wire (class 5) provide flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. In addition, the outer sheath made of special PVC TM5 protects the cable from external factors, including oils. The grey color (RAL 7001) facilitates identification.

The JZ-603 3x0.5 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +90°C in flexible mode (UL/CSA). The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the test voltage is 3000 V. The conductor cross-section is 0.5 mm², and its outer diameter is approximately 6.1 mm. The minimum bending radius during permanent laying is 4 x cable diameter, and during flexible operation – 7.5 x cable diameter. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km.
