The JZ-603 control cable is a universal solution for use in machines, control systems and assembly lines. Approved by UL-CSA-HAR, it meets stringent safety and quality standards, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users. This cable is particularly recommended for installation in dry, wet and humid environments where resistance to mechanical loads is required.

Construction and properties

JZ-603 stands out with its solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with special TI2 PVC, it guarantees flexibility and ease of installation. The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by an oil-resistant outer coating made of TM5 PVC in gray (RAL 7001). This construction provides resistance to mechanical damage, the action of oils and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible), which allows its use in various environmental conditions. The cable is also characterized by high insulation resistance (minimum 20 MOhm x km) and a breakdown voltage of at least 6000 V, which ensures safe use.

The JZ-603 18x0.75 mm² cable has 18 conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which allows for the transmission of control signals for many devices simultaneously. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.9 mm. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the permissible ambient temperature during installation is -5…70°C. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL-Style 2587.
