Universal control cable for machines and control systems

This multifunctional control cable JZ-603 4x2.5 is a solid solution for both professional installers and end users. Designed for a wide range of applications in machines, control systems and assembly lines, it provides reliable connections in various environments. The cable is approved by UL-CSA-HAR, which confirms its compliance with international safety and quality standards.

Construction and properties

The JZ-603 cable is characterized by careful construction, ensuring durability and flexibility. Made of multi-strand copper wire (class 5), insulated with special PVC TI2, it guarantees good conductivity and resistance to mechanical damage. The wires are twisted in parallel and identified with numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation. In addition, the cable has an oil-resistant outer coating made of PVC TM5, which increases its resistance to chemicals. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify in the installation.

It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible), which allows it to be used in difficult industrial conditions. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad). The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

Application and compliance with standards

The JZ-603 cable is perfect for dry, wet and humid rooms with medium mechanical load – however, it is not intended for outdoor installation. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and UL/CSA standards. It also has a HAR certificate, confirming its safety of use. The cable is available in a version with a yellow-green protective wire (G) or without it (x). Its outer diameter is approximately 11 mm with a wire cross-section of 2.5 mm². The rated voltage U is 500 V and the test voltage is 3000 V.
